When planing your project, keep in mind that set backs and unexpected expenses are always possible. Have a budget surplus and contingency plan in place before production begins. This will help ensure that your project will go as smoothly as possible.
Finally, have a plan but, be flexible. We all have had moments when we have planned thing out perfectly, only to have those plans come to nothing. Often times, there are just things beyond our control that can put a major kink in our plans.
